Group Weight Loss Hypnosis Sessions

Group Hypnosis is a great way to get motivated and lose weight in a friendly and supportive environment!

If you, like many others, have given a number of different diets a go and want to experience a fresh, new approach to weight loss, then this comprehensive weight loss package could be the answer for you!! There are no weekly weigh ins, no added pressures put on you to tell everyone how much weight you have lost each week (unless you want to let others know of course!)

Each week there will be a new focus helping you to change the way you think about food, stop emotional and habitual eating, reduce cravings, and dispel diet myths as well as nurturing your self-esteem and confidence.
Connect with like-minded people in a supportive, nurturing and fun atmosphere.

Hypnotherapy helps by enabling you to think and feel differently about food at an unconscious level. Over four weekly sessions using hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural techniques, we will retrain your mind to think differently about food, allowing you to enjoy healthy, natural weight loss as you take back control of your body once and for all.

Sessions are held once a week on a Thursday, for 4 consecutive weeks, commencing on Thursday May 23rd 2019 7.00-8.00pm and ending on Thursday June 13th 2019.

Cost: £80 to include all session notes & mp3 recording.
