Group hypnosis is a great way to get motivated and lose weight in a friendly and supportive environment!
If you, like many others, have given a number of different diets a go and want to experience a fresh, new approach to weight loss, then this comprehensive weight loss and lifestyle package could be the answer for you!
Each week there will be a new focus helping you to change the way you think about food, stop emotional and habitual eating, reduce cravings, and dispel diet myths as well as nurturing your self-esteem and growing in confidence in all areas of your life.
Hypnotherapy helps by enabling you to think and feel differently about food at an unconscious level by releasing old patterns and behaviours and introducing new concepts and lifestyle adaptations to support a healthier life.
Over four weekly sessions using Hypnosis, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural techniques, we will retrain your mind to think differently about food and exercise; allowing you to enjoy healthy, natural, sustainable weight loss as you take back control of your mind and body once and for all.
Sessions are held once a week on a Wednesday evening, for 4 consecutive weeks, commencing on Wednesday 9th February 2022 7.00-8.00 pm via Zoom.
Cost: £160 to include all session notes & 4 mp3 hypnosis recordings (emailed to you each week) & private email contact with me each week to discuss any individual requirements.
